Justin Fleming – Managing Director:
Justin is the managing Director of the Flemings Property Services and takes great pride in the reputation of the business and the service it provides.
In 2007 Justin moved to Sydney to undertake a Bachelor of Property Economics before returning to Boorowa at the end of 2009 to commence work at Boorowa Real Estate. In 2012 Justin became a partner in the business and purchased the rest of the business in 2016. The business was rebranded to Flemings Property Services in 2018. Justin has worked in Sales and Property Management for over 10 years and is a licensed Real Estate Agent, Stock and Station Agent and Auctioneer.
Justin Fleming grew up in Cooma and moved to Boorowa in 2005 to work on a cattle property for two years where he gained a keen fondness for this region and its people.
Richard Fleming – Director:
Richie joined Flemings in June 2016, having previously worked in advertising in Sydney for four years working on some of Australia biggest retail brands Woolworths and Optus. Originally from Ireland, Richie moved to Australia in 2011 for a year to travel and work part time but after spending 18 months working on a broad acre farm at Come-By-Chance he realised Australia would be his new home.
Working alongside Ros and Nick, Richie has been based in the Harden office where Flemings bought Collins Town & Country Real Estate from Scott Collins. Harden has proven to be a great expansion for Flemings with a solid reliable rental and sales market.
Chris Ryan – General Manager, Sales:
Chris joined Flemings in 2018 after spending the previous eight years working in Industrial Real Estate with CBRE Western Sydney. His years spent with the world’s largest Real Estate firm has provided him with a wealth of experience and skills which have become a great asset to Flemings. Chris is our General Manager of Sales and in April 2019, Chris purchased equity in the business to become one of the owners of Flemings Property Services.
Chris is based in our Cootamundra office and is primarily responsible for sales of residential, commercial and rural properties as well as ensuring that all other aspects of the office are running smoothly.
Chris was born and raised in Sydney and lived there with his wife for the past seven years. Chris and his wife Emily moved back to her family farm in Harden in 2018 to raise a family. Chris has taken to country life and is excited about becoming more and more involved with the local community.
Hayley Simson – Business Development Manager:
Hayley joined Flemings Property Services in 2016 and has progressed from a Property Manager to become our Business Development Manager. She is responsible for developing strategies to grow the Flemings business and brand and in assisting the Management team with general business management. Since Hayley started in 2016, she has seen the business grow from three employees in one office, to 11 employees across three offices.
Prior to joining Flemings, Hayley has worked in various positions across the private and public sectors, including working with The Hon Wayne Swan MP, Deputy Prime Minister and Treasurer 2007 – 2013. The experience that Hayley has gained throughout her career has equipped her with the skills required to undertake any task.
Hayley grew up in Canberra before travelling and then meeting her husband – a sheep farmer in the Boorowa region.
Anastasia Kenny- Property Manager:
Anastasia commenced working as a Property Manager with Flemings in October 2018. Prior to Flemings Anastasia worked as a property manager in Canberra for over ten years along with stints in NSW and rural Queensland.
Anastasia brings a wealth of experience to the Property Management portfolio and this enables her to provide the best quality service to all our clients.
Anastasia always loved coming to Boorowa, her grandparents had a country weekender there which they later moved into when they retired. Anastasia and her family moved to Boorowa in 2018 from Canberra, which is something they had been wanting to do for a long time. Within a few weeks of moving here Annastasia joined the Flemings team ensuring that her experience in the industry it was the perfect fit.
Hayley Cook – Office Manager:
Currently employed as the Office Manager at Flemings Property Services in the Boorowa office, Hayley previously worked as the Assistant Marketing Manager for Masterton Homes.
Born and raised in Western Sydney Hayley studied Marketing and Design, and Community services. Hayley relocated to Boorowa full time in September 2018 to join her partner a local farmer. They live on a large farm just outside of Boorwa with their young family.
Janet McAtear – Sales & Office Manager:
Janet joined the Flemings team in October 2018 when Flemings purchased the existing real estate business in Cootamundra. With a background in finance, advertising and insurance Real Estate was a natural progression and Janet has been working in the industry for the last 10 years.
Janet has completed the Certificate of registration, Real Estate licence and Business license and is able to offer our clients the full package. With her local knowledge, experience with the existing business and passion for the region Janet is a strong asset to our growing business.
Janet was originally from Murrumburrah Harden and moved to Cootamundra from Sydney 34 years ago with her husband Glen and one year old son Brendan. Janet absolutely loves the region and enjoys promoting its many attributes to newcomers, selling our regions features. Janet is also on the board of the Cootamundra Development Corporation and a JP.
Cindy Gash- Property Manger Cootamundra:
Cindy joined the Cootamundra Flemings team in June 2018 after spending four years working in the property management industry with another local agent. Her years of experience in property management and her background in accountancy and the building industry brings a wealth of experience to the team.
Cindy ensures the smooth operation of the property management portfolio which has grown considerably since Flemings Property Services purchased the Cootamundra office in October 2018. This growth is due to the combination of Flemings seamless operational plan and the complete dedication of the team.
Cindy moved to Cootamundra in 2011 when her husband was transferred as the manager of the Cootamundra Commonwealth bank branch. With two sporty children Cindy has become heavily involved in local sport joining various committees to give back to her town, she has also contributed to the local school as treasurer and Vice President on the P & C committee.
Nick Duff – Sales:
Nick has been with Flemings since July 2018 in Sales and Property Management across both the Harden and Boorowa offices.
Nick attended the University of New England and Studied Ag Business prior to joining Flemings.
Nick Duff was born and raised in Young before heading for Boarding School, in Sydney in year nine. After seven years away from home, he finally moved back to Young. Nick loves sports especially Rugby Union and is on the Young Rugby Committee.
Nick also has a close connection to Cootamundra with his Grandparents and some of his extended family living in the town.
